Keystone Alliance Consulting was hired by the Yardley Borough Sewer Authority to determine the “Fair Market Value” of their sewerage system. A sewer system valuation study was conducted using two methodologies; asset based and income based.

Keystone performed the following services in connection with the valuation study:

• Compiled an asset inventory for all system components.
• Determined the estimated replacement cost of each component.
• Reviewed available operating and financial data.
• Developed a cash flow analysis for a 20-year period under various ownership scenarios.
